  3. Hi Ms. Haydee. Its Geidyliz C. I think that Shel Silverstein is referring to first listen to the impossible things and then find a positive thing and think that everything is possible as long as you believe in yourself and follow your heart.

  4. I think the poet is trying to tell us to always be positive, no matter what other people tell us. Anything can happen, as Shel Silverstein said in the poem. This poem has rhymes: Me/Be, Don'ts/Shouldn'ts. I think this poem was made for people who are insecure about themselves and people who don't have the idea of "Nothing is impossible".

  5. Hi Ms Haydee,
I think that Shel Silverstein is telling the children in the world that they should never give up and never let anyone stop them from accomplishing their wishes, dreams, or accomplishments they want to accomplish that they should no stop until they reach their goal that nothing in the world is not impossible that you can do anything in life that you want to and accomplish you long life dream or goal can come true as long as you believe in yourself anything can come true. This poem does have rhyme, and I loved it it is very inspiring.

  7. What I think that Shel Silverstein is telling us is to never give up, always finish no matter what they say and to not listen to the don`ts, shouldn`ts, and everything it says in the poem. And the most important thing: never leave what you’re doing hanging. Also, all the bad things people say to you, ignore it.
